BYO Silver & Black Charm Bracelet

Love it is my second one I’ve bought!

so cute but so sad

i loved the bracelet i got gold so i ordered a matching one for my best friend. my gold bracelet wont come off, i have had multiple people tried and tried countless things and it wont budge. the bracelet is absolutely adorable. i emailed the company and they will not respond. that was disappointing for me buying twice and just from the company. i wouldn’t be as mad if they had responded to my email or took action. the bracelet still won’t come off and i think it’s a manufacturing problem or one of the chains in it has came loose… im not sure.
