I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! I loved the variety of charms to choose from and it was so easy to pick them out. After placing my order, someone reached out to let me know that one of the charms I had chosen was out of stock. She offered to have me pick another one or she could also cancel my order. I chose to pick another charm and then she sent it right out. Would definitely recommend!!
