Way too slow delivery

Buyer be aware. this item was shipped from US. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. When you are in Vancouver and order something from a Toronto based business, you expect the item to be delivered in one week, assuming ground shipping. No mention about this unacceptable delay when you pay. Does not seem too honest to me.

I really love my new coffee maker. From the ordering to delivery was a good experience. The customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this machine for quality and convenience - it looks nice on my counter as well.

Nice Machine

Easy to set up and use out of the box. Seems well designed in terms of being easy to maintain. Tried a few drinks and am pleased with the results so far. Will see how this machine holds up in the long run. Great service from WLL!
