Maromas Orphea Whole Bean Espresso

Nice roast

Roasting date is a little bit old. Six months ago to be exact. So I wouldn’t exactly call these specialty, but they do taste good and still have some pretty good flavour and body.

Flavour is not great. Not a fan of this brand whatsoever. Was very disappointed in all of the coffee I ordered. Wish I could return it.

Love this coffee. I use 19.7 grams beans and output 39 grams of espresso. On my set up going over or under 2X output to bean weight negatively affects the potential of this coffee. Done properly it's really very good.
