It was a very bad experience. The logistics information was not updated. I sent an email to cancel the order and they said it had been shipped and they would deduct my handling fee. The logistics was very slow and I had to pick it up myself. There was also a problem with the coffee machine. When I was making coffee, after grinding the beans, it showed that the bean bin was empty and I had to grind the beans again. I was very disappointed with this brand. I will not use this platform next time.

Love my new machine

This machine seems like a good upgrade from my old Breville. Love the automatic function. Easy to use and easy to program. I wish it was a bit quieter. All in all worth every penny IMO.
