I've been using the machine for a little over week and I love it! However, the day or 2 after I bought the machine and 3-4 says before receiving it. Whole latte love lowered their price by $70 and would not honour it. The lady I spoke to was nice but the manager wouldn't honour it, because the fees would make it so it wasn't any cheaper, I don't understand what they meant and couldn't get clarification. It was not a pleasant buying experience. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

My best self gifting ever

My last machine finally gave up so I decided it was time for an upgrade and boy is this an upgrade. The look is really sleek (even nicer than the product photo), the operation is simple and the coffee strength easy to adjust. My only negative point is that the standby mode has a permanent flashing red light (what is this obsession with flashing lights on electrical goods...) but I just covered the button with an led covering sticker and now it's all good.
