Refresh ABC Daily Toner (AHA BHA Vitamin C)

Love this product! I have noticed it has helped brighten my skin

It’s ok

I like it but not sure if it’s actually doing much. I got a toner with vitamin c since it usually makes my face brighter but this isn’t doing what I expected and it’s been more than a month.

I used it one morning, the next day I got it I gave it a try and absolutely loved it! I could tell the difference from ine day to another.
