This is my second time ordering a half cow from them and I would absolutely again. Beef tastes amazing, the one on one time I got when I had no idea how to go through a cut sheet (thanks again!!) was above and beyond customer service, and it’s awesome to support a local ranch that supports local restaurants! I recommend them to anyone who considers it :)
