I ordered this ring and it came very quickly, unfortunately we ordered the wrong size and needed to have it resized. I was able to contact customer service and explained my situation, they offered to send a ring sizer for free to make sure we grab the right size. I was able to be sent a free return label and conversing with Alex was a breeze! Very helpful and I’m very happy with the product!
