I wear the patch at night. When I wake up and remove it for the day, my skin (while still very much healing) looks baby soft and wrinkle free. It does wonders!

I love these silicone patches for a scar on my face. I use the fabric one to block the sun and the clear one indoors. They are reusable but sometimes they come off at night in bed. After two months of continuous use, I'm buying a second sheet of each (6 pack). They visibly improve the appearance of my scar. The scar is flatter after a day of wearing the patch.

These work amazingly well to help my facial scar from an injury. I got the fabric ones for use in the sun and the clear ones for indoors. I think the clear ones look better and stay adhered better, but the fabric ones serve a valuable purpose to block the sun. Also, they are reusable!
