So far so good

I put the removable ones in some designer heels and was able to wear them for a few hours without discomfort. I don’t wear heels often so I’m not used to wearing them. I think if I were, I could’ve gone a few more hours in the shoes with these insoles.

Not life-changing

I don't tend to have a problem wearing heels, but I bought a pair of Louboutins that were uncomfortable to wear. I picked these up to fix that. I used the reusable Premier inserts so I could try and get the placement exactly right. These made no difference to the heel comfort and overall weigh distribution. I have moved them to a different pair of heels that were comfortable, but I felt like my toes kept jamming forward in. It helped a little bit with that.

Perfect got weddings

Tried it out in my bridal shoes for my bridal shower. Made a significant difference. I’m looking forward to using them all night during my wedding!
