Not lofty

It’s not as lofty as I thought it was going to be. It wasn’t an issue to quilt, and didn’t create any lint or fluff so that is good. But it’s very thin. Maybe it will thicken up once it is washed. I do like the drape. I will probably use it again for drappy quilts.

Bamboo Dreams

Bamboo batting is really a hand quilters dream. The needle glides, the stitches sing along and the end result leaves just enough loft for great definition. I love the drape on a bed and soft to the touch finish! I have used this bat before for my show quilts. It has some of the best qualities of a silk bat without the price tag. As well, your price point is better than I could get anywhere in Winnipeg.

My favorite batting

This batting is so light, easy to quilt with and has amazing drape. I used it in between quilting layers of sprout wovens and it had exceptional texture and softness. Will be my go-to light batting from now on.
