Pellon 101 is my go to fusible; not too thick, not too thin and quite strong where needed to provide support. It is like a passe-partout for many of my sewing projects. Highly recommended!

Light interfacing irons on easy and great for patchwork

Never used this stuff before...

I don't believe that I've ever used the Pellon brand before for interfacing, but I was very pleased with the end product.
