Damaged plant, they ignore my claims

The leafs were damaged on arrival, had to remove some rotten roots. To be honest this whole order was a nightmare and this plant’s the better one of the bunch. I’ve been trying to communicate with them, by phone, email, voicemail, text.. but to no avail. I’m beginning to feel they’re ignoring me.. I wish I could recommend but not this time. Sadly disappointed
