Great fit, nice weight for cold temps, looks stylish

so very wrinkled

I thought the coat was very nice, exactly what I ordered. But it was so badly wrinkled that I am concerned. It's a Christmas gift for my husband, and I don't want to present it full of wrinkles. What is the best way to remove them and make it look nice? It’s wool and cashmere. Can I use a steamer on it? Do I need to take it to a cleaner? What do you recommend? You may want to reconsider your packaging in the future.
