Planks look nice but could be packaged better

Several of the 10 cases I ordered were damaged on the ends. Most likely that was caused by the carrier. However, it would be easy and inexpensive to put a cushion on the opposite end from where the clips are packed. All the end damage caused was on the ends opposite of the clips, where there is no protection other than the carton itself. Also, the stacked cartons (10) were larger than the pallet, so there were a few planks with edge damage due to rough handling with a fork lift or pallet jack. Some side protection would have been nice. I had to order an extra carton from a local supplier to ensure I would have enough good pieces to complete my project. Happy with the product, no so happy with the lack of care in packing for shipment.

The gentleman that help me was great! Going to buy another room soon.
