These were my introduction to top shelf soy sauce - now staples in my refrigerator. Bonus: you can get a toddler to eat ANYTHING if you drizzle some of the soy paste on it.

I really like this...

I really like this soy sauce. I can't describe it, but it seems to be more flavorful (and less salty) than Japanese style soy. Also, I like that it is gluten-free so I don't have to worry about gluten-free members of the family.
