Whopper plopper

River to sea whopper plopper 190 in the loon color is an incomplete lure. It requires modification to run correctly. Re: shrink tubing on rear hook connection. All of the other musky sized plopper type lures come as purchased with this modification completed at the factory. Other than that flaw the lure appears to run as advertised.
