Missing elastic cords

the actual sleeve is great. I have the Desert Camo color which is actually just plain beige but it is definitely a tighter weave than the standard sleeves. Length is great on a 6'6" - 7' spinning set up. My only issue is that it does not have a loop at the top to hang nor does it have an elastic cord at the bottom to attached to the reel handle to prevent the sleeve from slipping off, which it does. I had to tie a piece of string to the bottom of the sleeve to make this work, which I don't feel like I should have to do on a basic rod sleeve.
