Red Velvet Cake

Perfection!

Beautiful cake arrived exactly as pictured the cake was beautiful tasting and looking a showstopping piece for my daughters 21st birthday absolutely delighted from ordering delivery and cake couldn't fault it very impressed

Great cake but…

Cake was delicious but there is a concerning problem with the new eco friendly packaging. The cake use to arrived in styrofoam which kept the cake well preserved and frozen with the dry ice packs. Now its arrived with surrounded with paper and icepacks however the dry ice was fully evaporated and the cake was almost fully thawed the box was wet. I don’t think this new packaging will work especially in summer when its very warm. I planned to order cakes for the upcoming summer birthdays but now I definitely won’t! Its ok winter but I would not risk it in warm weather. Such a shame. Please solve this.

Tastes very different

Quite disappointed with the cake. It looks great, very moist but the cream isn’t what it is supposed to be in a classical red velvet cake. It has very strange taste to it, even kids didn’t like the cream itself.
