Mint Chocolate Honey Patties

I love the mint patties. They are very addictive!! I like to just let them melt in my mouth. And that reminds me -- I'm very impressed with how they are packaged for shipment with cold packs. They have never arrived melted.

This is my absolute favorite candy! I love the flavor mix of unsweetened chocolate, honey, and mint. It gives me the right little boost of endurance when I can't eat a meal but need to keep working with a clear head. Sugar would steal energy, but this provides a gentle lift of energy. It is so great to have something that tastes this delicious that I feel very good about indulging in!
