After placing my order in December 2023, I heard nothing from your company until sometime in February when you communicated that you were waiting for the stocks to arrive. Then last month an email arrived saying that a refund would be given, as the stocks were no longer available. To your credit, the refund happened very quickly and correctly. But this whole situation is making me look at alternative brands for water filter systems.
