shipping was too long

product is fine but shipping was ridiculous. Says it come from a NZ warehouse but it took far too long to arrive and when it did it was all crushed and one of the filters was cracked. I forgot which was it has to be inserted and there was no instructions. I felt like it was a drop ship from China but the product is great if you want to wait, I wont be using this company again ill be buying a whole other head set for my shower. Sorry for bad review but shipping from NZ to NZ should be faster than an item shipped from the US to me.
