Rope Cuff

This is the ugliest bracelet I’ve ever seen. Total false advertising. It is actually orange and looks incredibly cheap! Ive left three messages to try to exchange it, and no one will respond!!! They only give you 14 days to do this per their website, but i cant start an exchange without their response. Terrible company!!!
