Barrier Necklace

Extremely upset. Product is defective in class does not close for the price is ridiculous. I have contacted them multiple times and there is no customer service. They have a 14 day return policy, but they make it impossible to make a return by not answering phones or emails I would call it a fraudulent business and report them.

Ive been purchasing from Martha for years! I love my necklace! It was super hard to put on. You have to remove all the charms to put it on, then add the charms one by one and then close. Not sure how removing it is going to go but its very pretty on.
