Fire spinners ice plant

I followed all the instructions, but sadly my plants died. I don’t have a green thumb so I’m blaming myself more than the condition of the plants.

Several of the little cells/pots were empty, whicj was disheartening. The did not survive planting. Similarly, creeping thyme purchased from this vendor arrived dead. Won’t be buying ant more plants frim this place.
