'Silver Mound' Wormwood (Artemisia)

Thrives and keeps deer away.

I was pleased that my flowers near the silver mound artemesia survived browsing deer (whereas those not next to it didn't). The silver mound also seems to be growing happily despite the dry weather we've been having.

I ordered 2 wormwood plants. Although both were very small, 1 looked healthy & vibrant. The other was thin & frail looking. I followed the instructions. They are both now planted in the ground. The frail one is still frail & the robust 1 is growing well. I'm not sure if the frail one will make it, or ever look as good as the other.

Quick Grow

I was surprised at how well the Silver Mound took. It appears to have already started growing within a week of planting. A nice texture and color change to the garden.
