Landscape Plugs

I opened my shipment when it arrived, carefully pulling out the first cardboard container, only to have both enclosed pots falling out each end. The planting medium was totally dry, the plant itself was loose, floating amongst the planting medium nothing remained in the pot. Beyond that the plant itself was a landscape plug! Barely rooted. Very small. Very disappointing! Not the quality product I expect from GGP. Marketed as a quart, landscape plug is the reality.

Disappointed! 10 days after placing my order 12 pots arrived in plastic to catch new soil. Plants recently repotted from 2” pot. I paid $16.40 each for a potentially pretty plant. Expensive and small.
