It is also, as far as I can tell, the only monochrome instax film available. As usual, it's great fun, but it is quite a contrast-y film; black/white but not that much in between. Given that most Instax point-and-shoot cameras have fairly crude exposure compensation, this can lead to a lot of dark backgrounds and whited out faces!

In normal light conditions, the contrast is soft and has that classic, dreamy quality of instant film you either love or hate. In settings with high contrast, the lines are crisp and clear, so would recommend using flash in low light settings to get a nice contrast & avoid muddy shadows.

Great film with great results. Easy to get a good shot and great for unusual portraits.
