Good except for the packaging

I have been a buyer of this pillow for at least 10 years. Every few years I buy a new one. This time I received the pillow folded in half in a box. These pillows are firm foam and not memory foam. The pillow does not seem as firm as it was in years past and I think smashing it into a too-small box is the culprit. I order it through Amazon first and returned it for this reason...ordered directly and the same thing. While the pillow bounces back after it sits for 24 hours, its still not the same firmness as in the past.
