Great easy to follow steps on how to progress plus the videos are detailed and straightforward. Pavel’s approach to training has been a game changer for me. I’m 58 and have been training since I was 14. Antiglycolitic training will keep you strong without trashing you, especially if you have a lot of miles in your body!!
