As a previous reviewer has said, getting the jewelry actually into your nose takes a bit of finagling. However, when I got the ring through the hole, the rest was smooth sailing. The end of the curve of the hoop sits just inside the nostril and gives a good illusion it's a full circle. No complaints of tugging or irritation when sleeping and definitely can be C-Pap mask compatible. So happy to have something a bit more secure!

Love this style of nose ring

I switched to one of these and my stubborn nose piercing hasn't had a bump or been irritated since. I think its a great middle ground if you want to wear a hoop but still have the straight piece through the piercing.
