I love them

This brand will be my go-to from here on out. They are soft, but not too soft such that they deform over time but are comfortable to wear while sleeping

Super difficult to put in

This was super difficult to put in and you have to keep ajusting it later because it moves. Finding that piercing hole backwards took more than half an hour while scratching my nose in the front. I have seen this bioflex hoops that are almost closed but you twist them and are easy to put in but no one sells them in 18 gauge for some reason only in 20 :unamused:. I will never wear a c shape hoop ever again. Everything else as shipping and delivery went smooth. No complaints.
