Pretty but…

This piece is very dainty, very pretty. I find the clasp a bit difficult to close. I’m never sure if it’s closed. May need a larger size. Will order again once I figure out the sizing.

Nice Product, Poor Communication

Item was purchased as a Christmas present. It took 14 business days to receive it. There were no shipping updates during that time. As the holiday got closer, I had to inquire as to the shipping status. The response I received was that “USPS is in charge of shipping”. Felt like UBJ was passing the buck which gave me little confidence it would arrive in time. At the end of the day, it did arrive in time and the piece was given a thumbs up, but UBJ really needs to improve their communications regarding shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Feels and looks cheap. It pulls apart and pushes close. It broke in half the moment I opened it slightly. Would not recommend for the price. Insanely too big for my nose as well.
