As soon as I tried to twist it to put it on, the ball snapped off

The quality was good, the price was great, but after ordering three different times, in three different sizes, I still couldn't get one that fit. Probably not the company's fault, I just got tired of doing it.

it’s a great piece of jewelry, but mine did break when i was putting it in :( the ball snapped off when it wasn’t suppose to, but now it works as a regular captive bead earring. the only thing that was disappointing is that i measured the size i needed (12mm + 3mm) and i ended up with a 1/2” and a 4mm ball. i know it says 1/2”-12mm, but i wish i was able to choose the one i wanted since now this earring is waaaayyy bigger than the ones i have in my ears. i’m not sure if i ordered it wrong, but i decided to order another earring and hopefully it matches the size of my other annealed fixed captive rings!
