Synthetic Green Jade Stone Plugs - Single Flare

They look great and seem to be pretty durable. The stems are on the longer side so they might poke your neck depending on how your lobes turn.

The color is perfect, they look exactly like the pictures. They're just a bit long for me. They make my ears kind of stick out a bit.

When I was finally able to fit them in my ears, going from a 9mm to a 10. Found an imbetween size.
