Outstanding customer support

I have still to test the battery and middrive kit but not expecting any issues. The customer support was exceptional and all questions answered quickly and comprehensively. Added a 3D bracket to fit the tube size of my bike, very nice fit and solid.

Battery seems to be to spec. Because of weather, haven't had a chance to use it. I thought my base would be the same as my old battery, but it is not. Otherwise pleased with the service and initial quality.
