Very high quality battery and superb service

I am new to E-bikes. I mounted a Tongsheng motor on my Giant Talon hard-tail bike. I did a ton of on-line research and I routinely read that the quality of battery components and construction practices make a huge difference in reliability and battery longevity. It’s probably the major element of the value proposition of an E-bike. Of course every battery seller claimed top quality, but when I asked, only one had actually taken one of their packs apart to verify load bars, welds, etc. Affordable E-bikes went further: every component meets their (very) high specifications and they construct the packs themselves. Shipping was free. After-sale service was outstanding! Miles quickly answered all of my questions, including some about the motor kit which I didn’t even buy from him. I can’t say enough good things about Affordable E-bikes. One of best buying experiences ever. Highly recommend.

Great range

Only one ride of 46 km riding with pedal assist between 5 and 8. The battery voltage only decreased from 52 to 49.3. That suggest that my range could be greater than 400km or more. So very unlikely to run out of power on any ride.

Excellent product

Very please so far, works great with my 750W mid drive Bafang. Excellent seller, awesome communication, I asked questions and had a reply the same day.
