Thank you so much for your care for detail, replacing the rings is essential for me as the fermentation perfume is hard to lessen.

I haven't lost or damaged a gasket yet, but love that I don't have to worry about it. I've purchased four of the stainless steel lids and two of the spare gaskets. I highly recommend the stainless steel lids over the orange plastic. The orange plastic are just a little more difficult to screw onto the jars.
