I have grow this variety for several years. When harvested at at about a golf ball to tennis ball size the flavor is perfect. They will grow very large and the flavor intensifies.

Amazing results!! I started my seeds about 3 weeks ago, after last frost, and I was worried because it's been under 10 degrees every night since. I've been covering them with a clear plastic sheet so they get some insulated heat as well as protection from the elements, but I was scared it wasn't enough. Well...everything worked out fine because they've started sprouting like crazy! Very excited to see how this goes.

So far so good
Started seeds in March and planted plants in May they are very healthy and survived the cold spells very well being covered, we are furthered ahead than normal so I say great seeds.
