My seeds got lost in the mail and arrived late. West Coast Seeds was so great in sorting that out for me. Excellent customer service! I planted them anyway so they are a bit behind other things in my garden. Lots of things in my garden are from West Coast Seeds- I have an outstanding garden! The Yellowfin Zucchini plants have come up beautifully and are just starting to form little zucchinis. I am looking forward to harvesting them soon.

So far so good 🙂 We planted in peat pots to give them a good start, they germinated quickly - within three days! We will put them in the greenhouse for a week or so before planting in the Squash bed. Our rare Futtsu germinated a few days after Yellowfin, along with Delicata & Spaghetti squash. Still waiting for Pink pumpkin 🎃 to germinate. All were planted same day.

This will be my second year growing Yellowfin zucchini, and I absolutely love it. It is so much easier to see the fruit on the plant than with green fruiting varieties and the upright structure of the plants makes it perfectly suited for a smaller growing space.
