Imperial Star Organic

I was able to germinate three plants: not sure how well two of them will do in a large pot on my balcony in Toronto. The third artichoke is now thriving in a community allotment where I hope it will have plenty of room.

Artichoke

Nearly 100% germination rate and easy to grow under led lights. Sowed in mid march and harden for 250 hr outside below 10 degrees but above zero and finally planted last week of may as per photo. Hopefully six plants will give 40+ small artichokes. Zone 5
