Miners Lettuce Fabulous filler
Clayton seeded easily in part shade, clay soil, under oak trees. First year growth is medium. Second year and later year growth is terrific. It self seeds like crazy, producing a lovely green ground cover choking out annual weeds.

Excellent for shade and balcony gardens!
We have a few pots on a north-facing balcony, so sunlight and space are hard to come by. The miners lettuce has absolutely thrived, and it's tasty too!

Sowed late, still successful!
This species wasn't available to me locally, so I was excited to find it here, and was very pleased with the germination rate. Plants are vigorous, very pleased!
