Hated this lettuce as a kid…. Now it’s my favourite
If you want lettuce with loft, then this is the lettuce you want. It’s crispy, crunchy, and crinkly. It works amazingly well in sandwiches, and keeps for 2+ weeks in the fridge. This lettuce isn’t wimpy and doesn’t show damage as readily as other lettuce. The seeds germinate extremely well indoors.

Great lettuce which holds well even in the heat. Was still eatable even after it bolted in the summer though I like bitter greens. A gardening friend said it came through an early snowfall in Ontario. It is part of my collection of preferred lettuces.

Grew full and fast
Excellent seeds easily grew. Could be little heartier. Such a soft lettuce.
