Cruiser Bike Rear Wheel with Tire and Brake

My original rear wheel was losing spokes - I am 95 and a gentle rider - I hope the new one lasts - had to pay for installation and it is working just fine. I love my Booge Bike but not all of the issues it has - as you may recall you had to replace the entire original bike -You have been more than kind but the bike has been a love / hate relationship.

When my "Boogie Bike" fell over in a severe wind and damaged the rear wheel motor assembly, I was amazed at the immediate action and excellent service to make good on their warranty. A new wheel assembly was sent and a local repair shop installed it, and it works excellently! Service was important to me when I purchased my e-bike. Great customer service!

We had an issue with our motor making noise. They walked us through some basic things to check first and when noise continued, they promptly sent us a new complete rear wheel which we were able to replace ourselves using one of their videos. We absolutely love our Boogie Bikes!
