DISAPPOINTED

I received an e-mail about a credit on this product. I never cancelled the order. Was informed this product came from China and they didn't know if they would ever receive this item. Would have been nice to have an explanation along with the credit. I am disappointed that I won't be getting this napkin holder. Loved the design.
