I just use no sodium added broth with low sodium salsa for a tasty low sodium alternative.

Wow finally a low sodium soup that's really good. I do have to say though that it should not be two to three chicken breasts it should be two to three cups of shredded chicken. But still delicious. You can't go wrong with this one.
