Aside from a local Key West UPS problem which was resolved immediately and beyond my satisfaction, the product (UNI) as excellent and fresh. I would recommend their business any and everyday !!!

Best Uni you will ever taste!

Retired and living in the middle of Siuslaw National Forest makes difficult to fulfill my craving for some Japanese delicacies. The 2 Japanese restaurants that serves good Japanese food are about 1.5 hours drive from my home. It diminishes overall experience. Hokkaido Uni Shop is an excellent alternative. Their products are fantastically good and arrives fresh to your table. Just need to learn a little bit of Japanese cooking. Bon appetite!
