Customer Service needs improvement
Hardware is beautiful, however your customer service is not. I sent 3 different emails and not once did I receive a reply.

New hardware update
Everything went well. The hardware is wonderful. I do wish that you made left and right privacy handles in the Montreal. Turning around the knob does not work. I have had to take it apart and flip it.
