First off I received great advice from Abbi at the customer care team prior to ordering. I couldn't make my mind up as to buy a UK size 10 (which I normally buy in other brands) or to choose a size 9, Abbi advised a size 9 and so glad of the advice offered as they fit me perfectly. Next up the ordering process and delivery by DPD was a breeze and my footwear was delivered early this morning, excellent. The unboxing of the boot was good, you could see time and attention to detail was foremost and the footwear was presented very well. Now being an ex-Guardsman I do know a bit about footwear and leathers and have to say the quality of the leather used, style and fit exceeded my expectations. They were delivered at around 9am this morning and I haven't taken them off yet, they are so comfortable (11am). Can only say you get what you pay for and the quality and feel is superb. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to all my family and friends, will be back for more, for sure :)
